The CA-group

Claesson & Anderzén AB with subsidiaries is usually called the CA-group on a daily basis. It is a real estate group established in the early 1900-hundreds, still family owned in the third generation.

The CA-group is managing and administrating its own real estate, mostly located in southern Sweden. The head office is located in Kalmar.

The total amount of real estate is 600.000 sqm, approx 180.000 sqm housing and approx 420.000 sqm office space, retail and other commercial space.

The turnover för 2008 was 394 MSEK.

And the shareholders equity as of 31 December was 1 250 MSEK
